How do I access my Spreadsheet/Template?
✓ Select and purchase your chosen spreadsheet or template from the shop.
✓ Once purchased, you will immediately receive the template under “Purchases & Reviews” on your Etsy account (Read more here: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949).
✓ The file will also be emailed to you.
✓ Save the template onto a secure location on your computer.
✓ Read the instructions on how to use your new spreadsheet or template.
✓ Use it out as many times as you like!

Will your spreadsheet templates work on my computer?
✓ Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets - you will need a Microsoft Office Excel account to use these templates (note, Microsoft Office software required).
✓ Google Sheets - you will need a Free Google account to use these templates. Google Sheets performs best when you open it with a Chrome browser.
What are the terms of use?
✓ The purchase of a template is for personal use only. Digital files may not be re-sold or shared.
✓ You can edit, save and download your template unlimited times. Our templates have no download limit or expiry.
What is your refund policy?
✓ No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Do you offer currency or other customization for your templates?
✓ Currency customization is included in all templates. After your payment is confirmed with Etsy, simply send us a message with your request.
✓ If you need additional lines added or any other customization, just send me a message. Note, any extensive customizations may incur an additional cost.
How long do I have access to the files?
✓ Our templates have no download limit or expiry. You have lifetime access to the template.
How do I contact you if I have questions?
✓ Feel free to send us a message. Someone will reply within 24 hours or less.
Do you protect cells/lock formulas in your spreadsheets?
✓ Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets - the formulas in the spreadsheet are password protected; however, we provide you with instructions on how to unlock the sheet.
✓ Google Sheets - the formulas in the spreadsheet are protected with a warning; however, if you still want to proceed, just click "okay" and you can bypass the protection and continue with your editing.
The figure when I enter it is positive instead of negative? How do I make it negative?
✓ Negative numbers should be entered either with a negative sign or parentheses.
